At Bentgo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your meal prep essentials aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
